To protect the quality and integrity of our faux floral arrangements, please be aware of the following conditions regarding outdoor setups in unpredictable weather:

•    Faux florals cannot be exposed to rain or storms: If your venue does not offer a suitable indoor alternative, or if you're unsure about the forecast and still wish to proceed outdoors, we will arrange for large protective umbrellas to be installed above your ceremony florals.

•    Additional Costs Apply: These umbrellas are supplied and installed at an additional cost. Pricing will be provided if a wet weather plan is required when we catch up to discuss your final details.

•    Using Venue-Provided Umbrellas: If your venue supplies suitable weather protection, we’re happy to use their equipment instead. In such cases, you will not be charged for our umbrellas and if prior payment has been made, we will refund the money.

•    Final Decision on the Day: To protect our floral investment, The Lily Pipit team reserves the right to make the final decision on whether umbrella installation is necessary based on the latest weather updates and onsite conditions. Under extreme weather conditions, or when it is not possible to install umbrellas over the ceremony florals, an outdoor setup may be refused on the day to protect our products.

This policy is in place to ensure your florals remain beautiful and intact regardless of the weather and protects you against additional costs.
