OUR PROCESS

How to book

Step 1

Simply complete and submit our enquiry form with as much detail as possible, and don’t forget to attach your reference images or mood board.

Step 2

One of our team members will be in touch within 6 business days to confirm availability. If your date is free, we’d be delighted to welcome you to our home studio for an initial consultation and start bringing your wedding vision to life!

Step 3

During our initial consultation, we’ll explore all the details of your big day, ensuring we fully understand your floral vision and offering guidance on styling and props to help bring your dream wedding to life.

Step 4

Next, you’ll receive an itemised quote based on our discussion. After reviewing it, you’re welcome to make any adjustments to suit your vision. There’s no need to have all the details finalized at this stage, items can be added or refined during your final meeting 6-8 weeks before your booked date, ensuring everything perfectly reflects your dream day.

Step 5

Once you’re happy with your quote, we’ll send through your invoice. A minimum 30% retainer is all that’s needed to secure your booking, and this amount will be deducted from your total. This is the exciting step that officially locks in your wedding styling journey with us!

Step 6

Once we’ve received your retainer, we’ll confirm your booking and services. After that, if you need any assistance, we’re always just an email away.

Step 7

Around 6-8 weeks before your wedding, we’ll reach out to schedule your final consultation. We’ll prepare a selection of your bespoke florals for you to view and discuss any updates to your floral and styling requirements. Your invoice payment will be due roughly 2 weeks prior to this meeting, and any additional items discussed will be due the week after.

Step 8

On your wedding day, we’ll take care of delivery, setup, and pack-down, coordinating directly with your venue so you can truly relax and soak in every moment. Your big day has finally arrived!
